About the conference
The Sino-US trade friction caused the increasing import tariff for the LPG shipped from the United States to China. As a result, Chinese buyers have to cut the US supply and seek more Asian and Middle East cargoes. The Chinese import may cause the changes of trade patterns in the Asia and boost Middle East export. China domestic LPG supply also increased along with the increasing refinery production, and may partially support the petrochemical LPG demand.
China LPG market is standing in the mist of trade friction, under strong influence of the high volatility of crude price, and favored by the environment protection policy in which coal-to-gas action is undergoing nation-wide. Comparable to natural gas, LPG is also playing its role as cleanenergy in the urbanization and energy market de-regulation.
The 24th China LPG Conference 2018 will be host in Suzhou, a beautiful cultural and historic city in East China. Still on its original location, Suzhou has a history of over 2500 years and preserves the unique landscape of "small bridges, flowing water, white walls, black tiles, cultural relics and classical gardens".
